WHEN DOES THE VIP EXPERIENCE BEGIN?
The Meet & Greet session usually starts between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM and lasts about 45 minutes. The exact time will be announced via email the day before the show. We recommend arriving at the venue no later than 4:00 PM to ensure a smooth process and timely entry.
IS THE CONCERT TICKET INCLUDED IN THE VIP UPGRADE?
No. The VIP upgrade only covers the additional services listed above. Please make sure you have both a valid concert ticket and the VIP upgrade!
